Welcome at the arrival. Upon pick up at the Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo, you will be transferred to the neighboring city of Negombo where your family tour in Sri Lanka will begin. Depending on the time of the day in which you have arrived, you may have time to go on a boat ride at Muthurajawela Wetlands. Enjoy the welcome dinner in a fine local restaurant.

After Breakfast and leave for Anuradhapura Ancient City. Anuradhapura is the birthplace of the Sinhala civilization & one of the world’s largest archeological sites. It is considered the greatest monastic city of the ancient world, & was founded in the 5th century BC.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the beautiful sandy beaches of the east coast “Pasikudah”. Pasikuda beach, recognized as one of the safest beaches in Sri Lanka is very famous among the travelers who travel around the Sri Lankan tourism areas. Known for its sun-kissed beaches, one of the best seaside areas to visit when on the Eastern Coast is Pasikuda Beach. Located in the Batticaloa district.

Check out from your hotel in Pasikudah and you will be transferred to Sigiriya and explore the ancient wonder “Sigiriya Lion Rock”. Sigiriya is an ancient palace located in the central Matale District near the town of Dambulla in the Central Province, of Sri Lanka. The name refers to a site of historical and archaeological significance that is dominated by a massive column of rock nearly 200 meters (660 ft) high. According to the ancient Sri Lankan chronicle the Culavamsa, this site was selected by King Kasyapa (477 – 495 CE) for his new capital

Breakfast at the hotel and leave for Kandy. En- Route visit Dambulla Golden Rock Temple (Dambulla Cave Temple) Golden Rock is a cave temple that dates back to the 1st Century. BC. Its rock ceiling is one large sweep of colorful frescoes which depict Buddhist mythology and the tales of the Buddha’s previous births. The caves house the largest collection of Buddha statues in one place. After Golden Rock Temple leaves for Kandy en route visit Matale Spice Garden.

Following the city tour of Kandy City in the morning, you will enjoy your journey to the beautiful town of Nuwara Eliya. En route, you stop for a visit to the enchanting Ramboda Water Falls. In Nuwara Eliya,

Head south of Sri Lanka to discover Yala National Park which is one of the most prominent attractions in Sri Lanka. On the way to the city of Yala, we will visit the Buduruwagala Buddha Statue. The most exciting activities are waiting for us in Yala. Once arrive, you will be spotting a great variety of wild animals such as leopards, and elephants on a top-open safari jeep.

Early morning go for a wildlife safari tour to Yala National Park. After the Yala safari tour, proceed to Mirissa for the southern beach stay. Mirissa is a small town on the south coast and belongs to Matara District. This is one of the most tourist sites as Mirissa has beautiful sand-wide beaches. It is also a fishing port and one of the island’s main whale and dolphin-watching locations. There are plenty of hotels, guest houses, and restaurants along the coast. The nightlife of Mirissa is popular among tourists.
